G"day guys, Lance Corporal Sidious here. I'm just curious about squads. I know how to join em, god knows i've done that a lot of times, lol. Just wondering how do u go about creating one? Do u need to be a certain rank? What do u need to do to get one organized? Just wondering thats all. -----------------------

First off, we have every squad currently under strength. They would need to be filled with at least 7 troopers each before even considering expansion.
Second, expansion will first go into re-mobilizing Iron Horse.
If we have enough membership to go beyond that, then we can talk about new squads.
I am curious as to why you are asking though. -----------------------

Let me re-state the point as people seem to be unclear on it.
There will be no new squads.
You will not be placed into an empty squad so you can develop it and later try to shoehorn new troopers into it.
Squad identities are shaped by the troopers in it and not by one person's idea of what the squad is (no matter how good of a leader they purport themselves to be). Don't believe me? Go get a real job and let me know if your company's mission statement dictates the way employees act (in anything other than a negative reaction).
Unless you can recruit a whole squad of people who will be here three months from now (and won't try to wreck the VE in the process) plus another five or so to spread amongst the other squads, I don't want to hear any more of it.

Oh, i don't mean any form of disrespect Fury, by all means. I was simply curious of how it's how done thats all. i don't want to "shoehorn" member into a squad, and a agree its not one person that makes squad it's everyone. I simply wnted to know how it was done, and what was required-purely a matter of question, nothing more. *salutes.
