From my point of view,
I think the drill squad should have more personal squad equipments...
I can donate my guns and my speeder bike for training's sake...
It's better than using the Platoon/Company/Battalion/Regiment's Equipment...
Just imagine, A new recruit flying around in a fully modified Jester Mobquet Bikes.
A fully functional Dragoon Armor Piercing Rifles.
Or even Wraith's ESPO Guns!
My point is: "Think about the Recruits!" -----------------------

ok, im in the drill squad, but i think that the equepment should stay standard issue because as 1 of the guys before me pointed out, you must lear to crawl before you can walk. in other words keep the realy good stuff for the special Ops ppl and the ppl who have already masterd the basic, E-11, E-11 Marksman, The reapeater and the other basics. cuz if you put some guy out ther on a fully modifyed swoop or something and he cant even use a normal 1 them he is going to have problems. Now i think that Troopers should be able to use items they buy themselve aslong as it isnt anything that requires too much attention or is too heavy. Like i perfer a Disrupter and its small and reletivly light weight. But if say some1 had a Heavy Repeater or something realy bigg that like required 2 ppl to carry then ther is a problm unless its the standard issue repeater that every squad should have some form of. i also beleive the trooper should get permision to take the weapons with them to battle or what ever.
