hey,
aight i was just wondering wat is an AWOL check? i got an email from my squad leader today saying i have to do an AWOL check and i have no idea wat that is. so can someone fill me in on that part.

Uh, yeah...guess that should've been covered somewhere for you.
Basically, ever so often we like to see who's shy or who's just not paying attention. So we do an AWOL (Absent WithOut Leave - there are other variants of that but nevermind) check who still considers themselves part of the Stormtrooper Corps.
All you have to do is email your Squad Leader with a message in very large text using lots of color that screams, "I'M HERE!!" At least that's the kind of responses I used to get.
Just another part of the job. Hope this helps clarify the issue. -----------------------

Awol check is kinda like a mail that confirmized whether you still active or already in the ice box.
if you don't reply the mail until the time limit, they will consider you as already in the ice box.
so responce quickly  -----------------------

See it like you are out for your hourly patrol round and get a message on your Comlink - your commander asks you if theres allright out in your position.
If you asnwer and say just "Yes, allright Sir, actually no signs of an enemy." Its allright...
But if theres no answer, we know you are dead...and send some Troops to look after the guys who killed you to kill them... 
Short - answer and you will stay in the Ve, answer not.....  -----------------------
