Moving from Slack to Discord

I'm proposing we switch from Slack to Discord.

Pros:

* Much simpler invite system (just a link to copy-paste rather than an email form)
* Many gamers have Discord already
* Voice chat

Cons:

* Moving.

Moving isn't really a con it only took a couple of minutes to set the thing up.

We've a varied history with moving. I think the point was more a joke, like "Oh no, we're upgrading". Anyway. I'm hoping to be seeing stuff happening around here soon and I'll be around on both Discord and Slack poking you people.
