Physical Description

Ana is a relatively normal-looking red Togruta, although those more familiar with the race might notice that her white facial patterns are slightly off-color and broken by a burn scar, both hints of the patterns' artificial nature. She is very slightly overweight, and not quite as fit as the workout schedule she claims to follow would make her, but she still meets the necessary criteria for active service.

Personality

Ana is somewhat distant and takes a while to warm up to people, but her friends know her as a strongly opinionated person. She'll obey orders to the letter and take criticism without retaliating, but she has no problems complaining once she's safely behind her superior's backs. What she lacks in devotion to her immediate superiors, she makes up for with her devotion to the Imperial ideal: peace and order, by any means necessary.

Character’s Background

Ana was born an abnormality, lacking the distinctive white facial patterns of most Togruta. Ashamed of her condition and mocked by some of her young peers, she convinced a family friend, a tattoo artist, to give her fake markings. Her mother, a shrewd merchant dealing in off-world goods, ingratiated herself with several of the officers at the local Imperial garrison as a form of insurance against local investigations into her questionably legal trading. As a result, Ana grew up with a constant Imperial presence, even if it was primarily off-duty military personnel. She trusted the Empire to protect her, and that trust paid off for the latter when she decided to fight for the ideals of the New Order as a starfighter pilot.
