This will affect my character BIO.

And if it is 12ABY, what was the VEs involvement in the Thrawn story line??

Yes, 12 ABY is right. As for our involvement with Thrawn, very little. Our sphere of influence was too far from his.

As for the future, can't say! A critical departure in our timeline from the established one is that Thrawn survived and is still running a large chunk of the 'main' Empire.
