Objectives:

RAIDERS: Interrogate Ship Commander Tye Latryl to determine the nature of the Toxic gas and RnD on the ship. Make way to ventilation controls (near Main Hanger) and secure location, preparing to shut down or vent polluted air.

Blackjack: Explosion released security protocols and rogue security bots are attacking your location forcing the squad back towards a laboratory facility. Once the laboratory is clear you will find evidence of more virus containers in the ventilation system and alert RAIDERS to this, shortly after NR troopers will dock and begin their assault towards your position (hmm perhaps they are looking for something yes?? Hmm what could it be?? Surprise me.)
    * Bonus Objective: Destroy all bots (before retreating to the lab) and you will find a supply closet filled with contraband weapons of your SL/ASL’s choice. Yes more bots will attack you in the lab regardless of completion of this bonus objective.

Notes on Latryl: Commander Tye Latryl was a former officer in the NR military before taking early retirement to run RSD. There is a possibility that he works for NR Intelligence but that is an unconfirmed rumor, from unseemly sources. The ship that docked had an NR signature, and was able to gain access to the maintenance area (where the virus was deployed). The ship is no longer docked with the station, and their destination is currently unknown.
Questions you want answered: “What is the purpose of the RnD on the station (ie why is a interstellar gas station also researching fighter pods)?” and “Who allowed the NR to dock and deploy the virus?”
The answer to these questions is up to RAIDERS to determine, just try to work together to determine the most interesting answers and follow through.

I'm not sure what charges we need to plant. We're supposed to find more evidence of virus containers to pass along to Raiders. The New Republic is supposed to attack our position, they're looking for something. Possibly just a chance to wipe us out and destroy all the evidence. I don't know. I'll brainstorm some stuff and get up a post.

So to summarise:

-Search lab
-Fight off more Droids
-Fight off more Republic soldiers after cannisters in lab?
-Place charges as per original mission
-Run away?

Quite a lot to get through!

Anyone got a notion for why we'd be looking in the ventilation shafts?

Good work everyone, Prelude is officially over! Now that we have made ourselves known to the big players in the game expect things to heat up. There will be a new story up in just a short while so get ready for our next chapter!!

So just to clarify where we're at-

Raiders are on the shuttle, and should be arriving any minute.

BlackJack are taking very long showers? Or are we supposed to be on the same shuttle?

Remember you lot can use #wildcard channel on IRC to coordinate the short time you are together. The speeder (i think i called it a repulsor something) should have taken off with both squads and dropped off BJ, since RAIDERS is already underway lets just have BJ take their own shuttle filled with extra explosives, which is the reason for the change in orders so nobody has to change their posts. Just have the BJ shuttle arrive at their off site mortar location soon to back up Raiders.
