Hello fellow troopers and troopets.

I have an announcement to make, we have some position changes occurring today. Valthir our valiant Blackjack SL has decided it is time for him to move forward with his VE career. He will always be a true Blackjack at heart and has led his squad through several missions with honour and dignity. He will henceforth be my personal assistant and do my bidding. Wish him luck and send bandages.

Taking over as Blackjack SL will be Crest and he has chosen Psycho as his ASL. I have seen both of these fellows in action and have the utmost confidence in there abilities to lead Blackjack and defend the title of Elite one day.

Spread the congratulations around and buy these fine young men a drink next time you catch them at the cantina.
