Frinik Greet was throughly enjoying himself, here on board the luxurious cruise liner, the Starbound Pearl. The eight hundred meter long ship was filled with everything a being could want. The twelve decks of the Pearl were each filled with something new, that made the vacationing experience more complete. Level one was the apartment level. Each apartment was one hundred and fifty cubic meters, and had a Coruscant king sized bed, a large, walk in closet that could host an entire fashion show, a bathroom that included a shower, a  fragrented bubble tub, and a toilet (a.k.a. Hades). The apartment was topped off with a holoscreen that had all the most recent programs, and a generously filled cyro-cooler.

Frinik was currently on level three, the common level. This is where passengers sat back, relaxed, and socialized. And he was quite enjoying himself, as he was in the company of a young Zeltron woman.

Then the wall behind him exploded. The vacuum of space filled the common room, sucking everything towards the newly formed, five foot in diameter hole in the durasteel hull. Frinik was pulled out into to hole... right as a jury rigged, suction docking clamp latched on to the outside of the Pearl's hull. Then, over the shipwide comm, began blasting a message.

"Dear passengers of the Starbound Pearl, this is pirate captain, Ernald Pointblank speaking. I, and my crew, have blasted a hole into the hull of the level three common room, and have docked onto it. We ask that all passengers, and crew, report there immediately. We shall be boarding in exactly ten minutes. Be there when we are, or people WILL die. Also, have the captain of this ship front and center. I will be needing to discuss our... terms with him."

Before the transmission even died, people began flooding into the common room by droves. There was much weeping, shouting, and fusing in the crowd, until the captain, a man by the name of Jacker Girmn, walked boldly through it, and stood right in front of the opening in the hull of his ship. And, exactly ten minutes later, the pirates began flooding out.

Wookies, Transdosians, Humans, and all assortments of other races, stepped out of the docking port. They made two perfect, square, formations, with four beings to a side, and three meters between the two formations. They remain there for a minute, and everything was silent. Then, loud clanking steps emitted from the docking tunnel, and out, through the two formations of pirates, a tall and stocky Human entered the common room..

"I am Ernald Pointblank, captain of the Rancor Starmauler, and I come seeking a peaceful solution to our predicament. Now," Pointblank said authoritatively, as he looked over the crew, "who is the captain of this ship?"

"I am," announced Girmn. "Now what are those terms you said you would like to discuss?"

"I propose this gentlemen's agreement; I can take whatever I see fit. All valuables, and such, will become my possessions. Also, you, nor your crew, nor anyone on this ship, is to try and contact help. For that, I will not kill anyone, and I'll leave the Pearl with no further damage done to it. Deal?" Ernald offered his hand to Jacker. The captain took it firmly and shook once. "Well then, now that those terms are settled; MEN! CLEAR THE SHIP OF ALL VALUABLES!" roared the pirate. With a cheer, all his men scattered in different directions.

Pointblank himself, however, hopped the counter, and began pouring himself an awfully generous glass of Corellian ale. Then, he took a sack from his shoulder, and began filling it with the ship's booze. "This should fetch a nice price," the pirate captain muttered to himself. "Maybe, this crew will have a surplus of other, valuable items." Then, Pointblank turned to one of the passengers, a certain Frinik Greet, and began to speak with him. "How has your day been so far?" the pirate said cheerfully.

"U-um, g-g-good errr, S-s-sir," the other Human stuttered. Finik unconsciously took a step back , as Pointblank jumped over it bar counter and in front of Frinik.

"Ah, my good man, there is no need for formalities. Please, call me Ernald. And you need not be scared of me. I'm an honest man, as honest as a pirate can be, that is, and will not harm you, less you do not follow the reasonable terms, I and your good captain, have set forth," said Pointblank, cheerfully.

Suddenly, a  Transdosian pirate burst into the room. Behind the reptile, an old, gray haired crewman of the Pearl, was being dragged by his collar. "Sssir, we found thiss man in the engines room. He wasss trying to sssend an emergencccy transssmisssion," the Transdosian said, proudly.

Pointblank looked genuinely saddened, as he slowly took his blaster pistol out of it's holster and began leveling it with Girmn's head. "Captain, I thought we had a gentlemen's agreement. I did not break my side, and I did not plan to. I do not enjoy killing at all, but I have bills to pay, and mouths to feed, and I will do whatever necessary to get those to accomplished. Now, I'm sorry for what I'm about to do but-"

"No! Wait!" yelled the old crewman. He began struggling feebly against his captor, the Transdosian, but to no avail. "Wait, pirate!"

Pointblank's head snapped towards the man. "Ok, you have my attention. Speak your mind."

"I was acting on my own accord. The good captain here, had no participation in my plan," the old crewmember said, desperately.

Pointblank sighed, mournfully. "I commend you for your bravery, and the nobility of your actions. As I have said, I do not enjoy killing. But you pushed your limits too far," the pirate said softly. Then, he whipped his gun around, and shot the old man right between the eyes. Gasps rose from the crowd, and several women fainted. More burst into tears, and began to weep. "As for the rest of you, I expect no more acts of bravery. My men will be returning with their load, shortly, and then we will exit this ship through the docking tunnel, weld the hole we basted open shut, and disengage," Pointblank called out.

The common room was silent, as the pirates, indeed, began to leave through the docking ramp, sacks full. Then the hole was welded shut, and the Starbound Pearl shuddered slightly, as the Rancor Starmauler disengaged and flew off.

Ernald Pointblank grinned to himself, as he stood at the helm of the Starmauler. "Another loot well earned," he chuckled, as his ship soared onward, through the stars.
