On Getting Started, Prestige and Focus Spec time tables it says 'Total Active Weeks'. Does that mean once we nab the first Prestige Spec we no longer have to worry about time for future Prestige (and, by extension, Focus)?

I do understand that the individual specs will require their own amount of time, but I ask just in regards to P# and F# specs.

Second question:

He asked that wouldn't 3.1/3.2 fit better under the definition of P3 Shocktrooper rather than P1 Special Forces?
