Hello and welcome to the Naval Academy, Crewman Towers!

I am Petty Officer 2nd Class Ellesmere, one of the Trainers of the Vast Empire Navy. Some people call me ‘Ellie’ so feel free to do the same.

Now that you have posted your welcome message, we shall move onto the next step in Basic Training, or as we more commonly call it; BT. It is mostly referred to as Flight School around here and its purpose is to prepare you for life in a squadron.

Your first step is to complete Chapter I which can be found here . Once you have completed this step please post it here for review.

Our method of writing here (in the Navy and the Vast Empire as a whole) is in the third person,as such please do so. If you have any questions, feel free to reach me via ComNet PM or hop onto IRC and join #VENA, if for some reason I am not present one of the Academy Staff should be on hand to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Once you have posted Phase I of training which can be found in the link I've provided and it has been passed we shall move onto Phase II.

If you have any questions, concerns or anything please feel free to ask! I can be reached on IRC , or if you prefer you can post anything here or shoot me a ComNet PM.

Please note that your only option at this time is Flight School, due to the high application rate for Command School our number of active Flight Members in Squadrons is low; as such Command School is not an option at this time. - Physical Description -

Unlike his brother Alan, Christopher did not get his father's muscular frame, but rather his mothers short cut build. When on duty he wears the required uniform on call, when off duty he typically wears jeans, and white or black t-shirts. He does carry his favorite EvroCasta Jacket that he won in a lucky hand of Pazaak, the jacket valued at nearly 1400 ICs, a major win for him. His short platinum hair is always at regulation, and when in uniform he generally passes with S and A grades around the board. He stands 5'5", and weighs 142 Lbs. A scar runs down his back left shoulder where he was assaulted in an attempted murder over a pazaak game. On his left wrist he has a tattoo of "1 Love" written in Mandalorian. Upon his back left heel he has a birth mark simular of a sword. His mother always told him it was the mark of a great warrior. and A grades around the board. He stands 5'5", and weighs 142 Lbs. A scar runs down his back left shoulder where he was assaulted in an attempted murder over a pazaak game. On his left wrist he has a tattoo of "1 Love" written in Mandalorian.

- Personality –

Chris Towers is one of those cases where a young man is too smart for his own good, and then figures out that he is actually that smart. He is typically laid back, but he shows no fear to any man big or small. He is very street smart, and a quick thinker on how to get out of tight situations. He loves large Capital Class ships as it is his dream to one day be a Captain of his own ship. All around, despite his shady past and background, Christopher Towers is a likable and dependable person. Just never get on his bad side, because is own motto is “Don’t get even, get ahead.”

- Character’s Background –

Christopher Bryan Towers was born and raised on his homewolrd of Alsakan with his mother, father, and brother (Alan Towers VEA). C. Towers originally wanted to enlist as a Stormtrooper but his height and weight were out of regulated restrictions for the VEA. For a year or so this ate at him and with his brother gone with the VEA, Chris had little to do but get into trouble. He began playing Pazaak a lot, and actually earned up to an astonishing 237,000 ICs off of Pazaak alone, but gambling and pazaak were illegal on Alsakan as the government felt it was a “blimish” to modern civilization. Chris lost it all when he was arrested at a set up pazaak gave, in which he had 220,000 ICs on bet. All of his earnings were confiscated and recirculated as per Alsakan law. Now broke, no way to make the money back because everyone knew he was busted and hotter than a Tatooine sun, he had little choice. He was being faced with charges that would land him 5 years in a local prison. He could either go to prison, become a criminal and convict the rest of his life, or he could join the Empire and fight another way. It had only recently happened, but the VEN had opened her gates to those throughout the Imperial Controlled Sectors, but they were only searching for Starfighter Pilots. Though his dream was to be a Captain of a vessel, he knew he had to start somewhere. C. Towers is now a member of the Vast Empire Navy,

Okay and I was going to post an ID line but I cant find me on the Navy Roster yet - but Im sure you are aware I can create my own ID line by now. :-P

The ID Line looks good, your writing is also good however there are a few things which have been omitted from the initial post due to Val's time constraints/need to be away.

You need to finish the simulation to pass it, so just simply edit your post instead of creating a new one and let me know when that's done, as well we encourage a minimum of 500 words per post but overall it's good writing you got there
