I listen to some instrumental music, usually stuff by Hans Zimmer. I'll hit up Youtube, load a playlist, and just start writing. I have a playlist called "fps" that I'm actually listening to right now. It's music that just gets my blood going and helps me focus. Mostly its a little bit of rock with some Nerd Core and a hint of rap. Artists like The Black Keys, The Heavy, ACDC, and Trocadero.
