Do the troopers in the attachment positions actively participate in stories? As in, they're a regular member of the squad, just in a temporary position outside of the usual lineup, if you will. They are part of your squad, they participate in all squad stories. And at the end they are either placed in your squad or switched to another squad if they wish/the SL does not need them. Or something like that.
