I ran through the corridor to my chambers. I quickly packed my few belongings, my uniform, my armor, my helmet,my force pike, and my Imperial Academy Diploma. I checked my clock 12:30, I burst out of my room and made a mad dash to docking bay 94, two Stormtroopers were at the door. They checked my data-pad for identification and waved me in. I was 5 minutes early. I went and sat on a bench until I heard the door hiss open. I quickly stood expecting an officer or some other higher ranking unit, but to my surprise my old academy friend TX-297 walked in with the Emperor. I saluted the Emperor and walked over and embraced my old friend. "How you doing Buddie?" TX-297 asked.
"I'm doing well Hotshot (as it was his nickname back in the academy)." I replied.
"So I'm guessing your here for the same reason as me Dawn ( I was given the name because I was always up before dawn)."
"Why would they want your kind of rabble to become a Spartan?"
"I'll let you Know that I passed my sniper course with flying colors and all my instructors favored me."
"Same with me except it was in hand to hand combat."
Just then the shuttle landed and the Emperor ushered us inside.
