The following list has been compiled against a pair of our members. This list reflects their actions, and consequences there of.

- Multiple acts of insubordination
- Acts detrimental to the Naval High Command, and their values
- Acts detrimental to the Navy
- Acts detrimental to the Vast Empire
- Acts unbecoming an Officer of the Navy
- Acting outside the regulations of the NHC
- Conspiricy against the Naval High Command, including the Naval Commander in Chief


Due to these actions, Line Captain Jaden Khaar and Commodore Shazam are hereby stripped of their ranks and demoted to Second Lieutenant.

Jaden will be relieved of any and all command previously given to him and placed aboard a Warden-Class Light Cruiser, if he wishes to remain an active portion of the Navy.

Pending Shazam wish to return to active duty, he will be placed as the Naval Commander in Chief sees fit.

This is not a duty I take lightly, in the six and one half (6-1/2) years since my enlistment, this is the first demotion I've handed out. It leaves me with great displeasure, however it is for the betterment of the Vast Empire Navy.
