A Matter of Empire stories

Well, Backstabbers is done and I hope you enjoyed it. Some of the feedback I've gotten from IRC has been positive and I am glad you had as much fun reading it as I did writing it.

As for the ones I started back in August and September, I've got some notes and rough ideas and would be willing to wrap those up if you all felt a need to do so.

I may just do it anyway but I wanted to get an idea of whether it held any interest or not.

Basically this has mostly been an exercise in dusting off old writing habits and to set the background stories for what will eventually be Chapter 9.

What would you like to see for that? What background info do you want/need? Do you just want to get on with it in a couple months and to hell with explaining how things happened?

I personally enjoy reading the stories. As for what I'd want to learn about, I would probably want to read more about specific people/places which/who will have a big(ish) part in the chapter 9 campaign.

I agree with Njall but think it important to know how things happened as that info may be felt as important to some.

Can we hear more about Thrawn? Last we heard, he was getting rather annoyed in a very un-Thrawnish way at certain officers.

I'm confused.

(I was referring to the ESC, in which Thrawn was clearly angry at the captain he killed. This is Mr "Doesn't become a mistake until you refuse to correct it", so it seemed a little odd.)
