As I understand it, Lancers are currently without a Squad Leader at the minute. We are currently assessing the current situation, and will get them a permenant Squad Leader as soon as possible. We will be taking applications for the position starting now. In your application, please give us the following information:

-A brief history of your accomplishments for the VE
-Why you'd like to be a Squad Leader so badly
-How you feel you can improve the squad
-What makes you different from every other candidate we will have applying.
