Hello Wildcard. I know that we have all been dealing with some RL issues of late, but the show must go on. Given the slump in activity we are going to temporarily close Iron Horse. The active members of that squad will be moved to Blackjack and Saphira will be placed as the ASL of Blackjack.

Some good news though. The academy is busting at the seams. We have experienced a sudden influx of recruits so Iron Horse may not stay closed for long. Anyone interested in being Academy staff contact Luckystar or Raziel and let them know, they could use the help. You just must be a corporal or higher to apply.

The HSC will be starting in the next day or so. For those of you who haven't partaken in a HSC yet they are a blast. The story will be a holiday themed quick write in a crystallized planet and you can't use blasters for the hand-to-hand enthusiast. You can get points for your squad by doing graphics and gaming as well on the side. There will be a post detailing how the scoring will work. Quality will be paramount but you will not have to write much just 250-700 words, sounds like fun that everyone will have time to participate in.

There will of course be points for a range of activities
3-6 points per quick write post. 1-10 points per graphics submission to account for a wide range of work. 3 points for a gaming win and 1 point for taking part, though this may be varied for particularly quick/long games. There will also be bonus points at the end for some competitions: Best holiday Avatar, Best Banner, Most Creative Posting and Best Squad Wiki.  Feel free to start working on some avatars and graphics now, as the HSC will be rolling out this week
