1. Find a quiet place where you can relax undisturbed.
2. Clear your mind of any and all thoughts that may disturb you.
3. Ask yourself "Who am I?"
4. If that fails, maybe make an appeal to the gods.
5. If all else fails, open your wallet and check your ID, Credit Cards, License, Social Security Card, or whatever you might have in there.
6. No wallet? Nothing special in the wallet. Check your birth certificate.
7. Still no luck? That's the gods' way of telling you that you shouldn't exist.
