Okay. So We all know that the Navy is in a state of... disarray. After a lot of deliberation, the Command Staff and I have come up with some changes that we think will help the longevity of VE Navy.


First, we noticed the increasing inactivity in both of the active squadrons. In an attempt to correct this, we've consolidated the squadrons by closing Tuk'ata (moving it to the 7th Fleet), and placed all active pilots into Reghent's Reign. Of course, Cali is at the helm, with Rocketman as her XO, Undertaker as FL of Beta Flight, and  Romanflame as FL of Gamma Flight. Unfortunately, we did lose Hunter and Tinker in the move.

Second, we've decided that, yet again, the Fleet Program has been a failure. I'm not placing blame on anyone on this, because the fingers can be pointed at everyone, myself included. So I have deleted the Ghost Fleet from the Roster.

You'll see some new additions however. In place of the Naval Logistics Department, you will see the Naval Veteran's Advisory Board. This is where the older members that have risen through the ranks over time and have slowly moved on, but still deserve recognition for their time and knowledge. Its current members of Commodore Darkhaawk and 1st Lieutenant Ibram Tyrol. Their experience will be called upon when needed. They will act as advisors and advocates for the members of the Fighter Corps, and their authority only falls under whatever other positions they actively hold.

I have also created the Naval Intelligence Agency (seen at the bottom of the roster). This Agency is being headed up by WO2 Bacredi, and this "division" of the Navy will be open to those who are considered the Elite of the Navy. I will leave Bacredi to determine who his first Agents will be.

Next is a small change, but a change none the less. I have changed the 7th Fleet, where the Ghost Fleet was, to a Fighter Squadron Fleet. I have placed, as mentioned previously, Tuk'ata here. I have also brought back two other squadrons, Nightshrike and the age old Aegis. Seeing as Commodore Darkhawk was placed in Reghent's jokingly, and I know he will not be active there, I have placed him as Fleet Commander of Fleet 7.


And last but certainly not least, I wish to publicize the promotions of the following pilots. Maroy as been promoted to Petty Officer 1st Class, Deep Six has been promoted to Petty Officer 2nd Class, as well has been awarded the Imperial Guardian (as seen on Naval Notes), Rocketman has been promoted to Warrant Officer 2nd Class, and Romanflame has been promoted to Warrant Officer 1st Class.
