My brother is trying to get on vast empire but can't get past the validation code part? Can you tell me how to get past there so my brother can be part of the vast empire?

He put the validation code in and it said it was not a valid code! Now what?

My god...I've kept this one char for my length of time here (4 yrs) so not sure if the application has changed any, but generally if two validation codes are being requested, one is on the site in a box and you just have to copy those words/letters, numbers whatever is on there in a blank box provided below that and e-mail validation code is a code you receive via e-mail with a set of instructions
