hey gang,

one of the things i'm looking to add to the Academy is a mentorship program.

this would consist of veteren naval members taking a recruit under their wing and teaching them the ins and outs of our fair club.

it'd be sometimes exhausting, and maybe even a little annoying, but in the long run, you could permanantly influance someone and be the difference in the Navy growing or remaining stagnant.

remember what your first days here were like. remember the first time you hit the IRC.  remember it wasn't as easy as we all thought. 

so, dig deep, and remember...WE make this club.
