I want to personally thank those that have made some recent large donations to the Vast Empire. There have been 2 individuals in the past 2 months that have donated a substantial amount. Imperial Benefactor Quillia donated $900 on June 30, 2010 and is now up to $1,000 in total donations. Imperial Templar Rocketman1167 has made quite a few donations over the past month that now total $700. Thank you to both of you for your large contributions. Your donations are much appreciated. I'd donate if I could... this site is much more than just a site in many ways. For one it's not normal in that it's got many interesting things to do on more than just a few simple pages and it provides friendly 9most of the time anyway..) social interactions both on the ComNet though not as much as on IRC.
This was my escape during those tough his school years where eveyrone was after me and i was a loner being ullied and verbally abused, etc. I still find RL somewhat lonely when I'm not doing my sporting activities and so this is still one of the greatest places for me to hang out

I can say the same Lucky. This place is far more than just a Star Wars club to come to and share fiction, as well as write with other people. It's a place to get away, somewhere to spend you time when life throws you a curve ball.
