Figured we might need one of these . . . or maybe we don't. Regardless, here it is. Basically, if you have any ideas or improvements that you want heard, post them here. Also, if you have a project or something that you want done, but either don't want to do or can't do it yourself, post it here and it'll get done . . . eventually.

-Writing Commendations Compilation
-A proposal for StOrMz which shall remain secret for the time being. 
Note: If anyone needs help with their character wiki or wants an analysis of how it can be improved, I'm always willing to do so. (I assume Hunter is too, but won't put words in his mouth.)

This is a good idea thread.
How is the Javelin Wing wiki page looking at the moment? Maybe we could get on that.
Also it would be good/cool for maybe each respective squadrons to post like weekly or monthly updates of where they are at for all other Naval members to be aware of.
For example: I know Amacuse and Stewart have multiple stories up at the moment so they could post a brief summary of those to help their squadron mates.
This would help us make sure where all on the same page so to speak. I think I'm right in saying that both squadrons in their stories are currently based on Abrae. Now is this at the same time. We are in the same wing so we should try and be aware or even make reference of the other's actions.
In R2's story I had a meeting with Atrasin to explain the Wing's down time on Abrae. Basically Atrasin is on a PR trip around the backwater systems of VE controlled space to try and smooth over any bad feelings towards the Lehon cock-up. Ironically he's being paraded as a war hero. So until he returns the Rhegent's and I would assume the rest of Javelin are grounded to Abrae.
R2 are basically re-going through some training. Although we are establishing a little arc to do with corruption on Abrae in the form of the VENI rigging the local entertainment/casino complex as well as having a double-agent amongst our squadron in the form of one our NPCs.
Hopefully this is good for the rest of you to know and maybe helps orientate us all. So for example we don't have Atrasin suddenly appearing on Abrae or have have the wing launched into battle.

On the topic of the wing wiki page: I did get bored a few days back and create basic squadron pages for the NPC squadrons in the wing, updating the links in the wing page as well. If we want to assign some RES pilots to them, they're ready for that to happen.

The logistics topic should be used more, the logistics topic... oh wait.
Order of business:
1. Now we've got all three squadrons, we should really make sure our Wing wiki page is up to scratch (which it isn't)
2. Could each SC or XO of the respective squadrons please post a brief paragraph summary of what the mission/story is concerned with. That way we can hopefully make it easier to link up for Wing stories and the like.

A quick point: We probably want to have short bios on the squadrons on the Wing wiki page, but they ought to be something that can remain static. While we might be diligent about updating our own squadron's page each time we begin a new mission (and sometimes we don't even manage that, lol), we're much less likely to remember to update the Wing page as well.
As to its format...I'll start looking at infoboxes and other upgrades.

Updating our Order of business: 1. Javeling wing wiki page: http://www.vastempire.com/wiki/index.php?title=JavelinLooking good. I suggest we have a squadron update section similar to one Tinker implement on Rhegent Reign's wiki page for pilot updates. 2. Could each SC or XO of the respective squadrons please post a brief paragraph summary of what the mission/story is concerned with. That way we can hopefully make it easier to link up for Wing stories and the like. Still waiting on all to that but see the above suggestion for perhaps a better way to implement that. 3. Medals - On going but good discussions are taking place. 4. Finalizing the squadron/navy personnel changes - All of those concerned with squadron transfers, Slasher, Willt etc need to make sure you tidy up your lose ends in your perspective positions and story posts. 5.
