Borka has dreams of progressing into the ISB (Imperial Security Bureau) after becoming an officer in the Imperial Navy. He is second generation military, his father Vgosl Borka having served as a non-clone officer in the Grand Army of the Republic. Vgosl was killed in action whilst patrolling with the 123rd Legion on Geonosis, near the end of the war. Wife died giving birth to Rslan.

Rslan Joined the Imperial Navy in 1 BBY.
