Yep, the asteroids are different. And those swaths of black are long, thick belts of smaller asteroids. Those were meant to be much more distinct so that people could mention them if they chose to use the map; the difference in size could be noted as well, though, on the larger asteroids.

Bah, the thought of advanced TIE's had not even come to mind. Kind of trying to keep it simple.
Great to hear that the story is finally underway. Make sure you guys are getting those posts ready for when your match is up, that way we don't have any lag through this story what-so-ever. So long as there's a decent flow, I think that this will be a great story overall.
