The Vast Empire Navy welcomes you, Crewman.

I am Warrant Officer 1st Class Hunter-Morrell, the Naval Training Executive Officer (or NTX for short) for the Vast Empire Navy, and I will be helping you today.

Now that you have posted a welcome message here on the Naval Academy board, you completed Imperial Initiation and have started Basic Training. BT, as it is called, is mostly Flight School, which prepares you for daily life in a squadron.

Physical:  Dnarion is a sleek, tall, young, human male who is spry and swift.  His deep emerald eyes are intense and seems to take in every detail; and pierce the soul.  He keeps his scarlet hair kept in military cut and neat.  Though he doesn't look very strong; he makes up in speed and agility.  Dnarion has only two distinguished markings...a tiny dragon tattoo in scarlet on the outside of his wrists.  He moves with a very graceful walk that seems filled with purpose.

History:  Dnarion was born and raised on Chandrila.  His parents were murdered by pirates when he was only 6, and it is due to this event that Dnarion has often wanted to join the Imperial Navy to help keep order in the galaxy.  Due to this incident, Dnarion is rather more mature than others his age.  He seems very serious all the time.  As he grew up on Chandrila with his Uncle Aurelias; Dnarion learned about strategy thru games of Dejark and other such games, and was shown to be highly gifted.  His Uncle ensured Dnarion kept his dexterity up by teaching him tricks with sabacc cards.  He would often get quizzed on scenarios and history to teach Dnarion to keep his mind agile.  He did exceptionally well in school, and especially in mathematics, galactic history, galactic government, and galactic geography.  He rarely got into fights at school, except the two times he defended the honor of the Empire against a couple of students that had spoken out against the Empire.  He won both fights decisively with little damage to himself.  Finally, it came at last that he had reached the age of 18, and was able to apply to the Imperial Naval Academy.  It was something he looked forward to with great interest and seriousness.

Personality:  Dnarion is rather quiet most of the time; though he is very outgoing.  There is a calm intensity to him anytime he enters a room.  It is as if every inch of his mind and soul is focused on the moment.  He is very well mannered, but he is does not show it in an arrogant way.  Usually, when engaged in conversation; Dnarion tends to answer in as few words as possible, and not more than once.  His voice matches his mood, but in case of anger or frustration there seems to be a lethal quietness to his tone.  He rarely lets anger and such get to him; choosing instead to keep such emotions under control.  Though he feels such things as rage, jealousy and such, he keeps these hidden.  After a while, he can be seen actually laughing, joking, and teasing others, but not usually immediately.  More often than not, he is a very serious young man with a keen mind and spirit.

"Understood, Sir," Dnarion replied crisply with a salute, and made his way with his gear directly to the Raptor Training Grounds.
