The topic title is...kinda redundant, and I'll explain in a while.

Our numbers are low, we've suffered the annual Christmas slump and we're in desperate need of boosting them somewhat.

There's two reasons I'm saying this here. The 1st is because I'm looking for a team of volunteers to work with me. I'll pay a salary to those that decide to help out, but unfortunately that's all I can offer beyond the obvious fuzzy feeling you'll get from helping your beloved VE

It's an open invitation to both the Army and the Navy. I don't really care where our new recruits go as long as they come here. If you're interested, get in touch with me via PM and I'll send more details.

The second is an invitation to all of the VE. I will personally, from now until I run out of money, pay 10,000 IC's to every member that recruits a trooper to the VE and gets said trooper to PM me your name. That 10,000 IC's will become 100,000 IC's if that trooper then stays more than three months. Again, this is open to both Army and Navy. Please don't cheat, I do have ways of finding out and why you wont find yourself kicked out the door you will have ruined the whole point of the thing.

If this costs me 5 million IC's, then so be it - We have 50 new recruits running around.

Not to usurp the thread, but I would also like it noted that when assisting with these various projects, there is the possibility that you would earn recruitment medals and/or commendations.

Ron, Aeos, and I actually tried this a couple months back... with bigger rewards too. Topic here.

But it didn't work out very well... But i'm willing to take out the previous time contraints and keep the challenge going until someone wins it/them.

Five recruits from one member is a large demand, I'd like to guess that was the main option.

My offer is for one trooper staying three months. If one person gets 5, I'm paying out 500,000 IC's.

Regardless I'll take it on board and make this change -

Those who successfully recruit more than one member will have their rewards multiplied, with large amounts making a promotion recommendation plausible.

Example -
Trooper A recruits one member who lasts three months, and earns 100,000 IC's.

Trooper B recruits two members who last three months, and earns 300,000 IC's (100 for first, 200 for second)

Trooper C recruits five members who last three months, and earns 1.5 million credits (100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 thousand IC's respectively)

Also, I currently have three volunteers. I will be sending out the PM confirming what will be happening this time tomorrow, so if any others are interested please let me know ASAP.

Would like to put this out there...

If any of you have a gamerDNA account (formerly known as GuildCafe), te VE has its own Guild on there with a few members that have been there for quite some time.

I've also got a recruitment post up on the recruitment boards of the Forum there as well. So if any of you have a GuildCafe account, we could generate some recruitment activity on that end (or at least try to gain some interest)
