Not that I really think these are necissary, but it would be easier if it did not involve the rank, so that when people were promoted it wouldn't be a hastle to get a new email address. My opinion? Use the roster, I don't need another email addy to keep track of.

ok, gotcha about the rank, but wouldn't you think it would be easier if every time you wanted to email some1 you just had to type in their [email protected]?
