I've noticed folks using the ribbons in their sigs as they are.  Which is totally against what I intended them for, and really do not enjoy seeing to be blunt, but Angel did arrive to an acceptable solution for the Corps, which is now being ported over to the Navy.

Do note, I am not including the Squadron Service ribbons, as they are not official naval ribbons.  They are acceptable under the wiki and at the end of ID lines, but I don't feel they need to be in these.

Also, the Bronze Writing Cross is replaced by the Silver, and so forth, even in your ID lines.

I'm leaving out the Minor Exams until I have a ribbon I'm happy with.

I created the ribbons with the direct statement that they were not meant for sigs, but for the wiki.  The reason is not my own preference, but rather that of Kad's general comnet policies of keeping image counts mostly low.  By having this bar in your sig, you have ONE image, as opposed to 10 or so different images, which means faster load times.

And, I was not the one that declared the squadron ribbons unofficial, that was a general NHC decision, and I am simply repeating it.
