Now of course, this is because my account was drained by a particular member who knows who they are- total amount drained to 1 IC. Which added to my fees gives me a total of -399 IC's.
So yes. I, with my salary, could not afford to pay even the most mediocre of health and dental plans, even as I have not bought a single item for the past 6 months with my money.
