Sage Tasyr, or Sag'tsyr in her native tongue, was sold into slavery by her parents, as an attempt to save her from the harsh conditions of Ryloth. She was taken to Hollistan and sold to a harsh master, a nasty human called Rewn. After suffering many injuries, she snuck onto a smugglers ship, headed for the Coruscant, thinking it was the rebellion's fault that slavery was so rampant on the Outer Rim, determined to help put an end to the war, so that slavers and outlaws could finally be brought to justice.

She is short, but slender, with lavander hued skin, and long slender head-tails. She tends to keep them pulled forward and wrapped in thin strips of black ribbon. She always wears long sleeves, both to cover her burn scars, and to assert that she is no longer, and will never be, a pleasure slave.

She is quiet, but self confident, and a bit on the sly side. She dislikes anger, but quickly comes to the defense of those she likes, both physically and verbally, often telling people to "go ride a rancor" when she gets pissed. She takes criticism, well, slowly, often radiating anger while thinking about how to fix the problem.

Sage saw the enemy swing toward her through the view port. She bore down on the controls, firing all four lasers at the X-wing as it came nearer. At the edge of her vision, a missile-lock warning was flashing. She hauled up on the yoke, banking right to try to get behind the X-wing. The other fighter jerked his craft left, but she stayed on him, just out of laser range, but accelerating swiftly.

The X-wing suddenly went up and left in a tight helix, too tight for her to stay with him. She went up the center, weaving in and out of the laser-fire it was showering her with, returning some of her own, trying to get a solid lock for her own missiles. Finally, the other pilot came out of his bone-smashing turn, and leveled on her. Despite the flashing missile-lock warning, she flew straight at it, sending all power to her front shields.

The cross hairs went red, and she fired the first missile, and watched as the X-wing shimmied around it, but directly into her laser fire. It jerked up, and into another turn. This time, she was behind it, redirecting her shields to even power, and locking on with her other missile.

“Got to make this one count,” she said to no one in particular as she pushed the release, and watched as the X-wing pilot tried to jerk out of lock, but it was too late. The missile contacted, and exploded, spewing debris in a small cloud.

Activity: This week I have been completing my training as quickly as possible, as well as learning a lot about the Vast Empire and the Imperial Navy

Upcoming plans: Over the next week, I hope to pass my aviators exam and be placed in my squadron.

Upcoming plansue to internet complications, I will not be able to access the Vast Empire until next week. Alas, all my hard work will have to be put on hold.

I hope this is an acceptable way to let you know of the interruption in my schedule.
