You mentioned SWG...I'm afraid I have bad news for you. While some of us do play it, we are not a club focused on it. Our main focus is roleplay through writing out missions. If you'll glance at the Naval Storyboard and look at the squadrons' topics you'll see what I mean.
You've already completed the first step in training: Initiation. You did this by posting in this forum. Congratulations! Now we move on to the first stage of training.
In your biography, you will need to list the following (just copy and paste):

One more thing to remember is that we write in the third person in the VE. Best of luck!
