I am Senior Chief Petty Officer Hunter-Morrell, Adjutant to the Naval Training Officer for the Vast Empire Navy (which basically means I'm his assistant  ), and I will be helping you today. Biography
Jacob Kyle Logan was born in a small hospital in Coruscant. His father, James Logan, was the owner of a small bar in the outskirts of the city, and his mother, Linda, worked as a public relations manager for a corporation. In the summer, he spent his time with his father, helping him in the bar, and befriending the inhabitants of the small town, and in the rest of his time, he accompanied his mother from planet to planet, as she was charged with overseeing many corporate offices. He liked to travel with his mother, as well as the independence of the small town his father dwelled. He then decided that he would become a star pilot.
When he was 14, he had the first taste of real action, as the ship he was traveling with his mother was hijacked by pirates. The pirates killed the ship's captain and tied all passengers. While a local squadron was attempting to release the hostages, Jacob managed to untie himself and sneak through the ventilation shafts of the ship, and eventually reached the bridge. After seizing the controls of the ship, Jake tried to pull it away from the pirate cruiser. He, unfortunately, had no piloting experience, and instead he made the ship spiral toward its own axis. Caught by surprise, the pirates were thrown against the ship's hull, and bounced inside it. This gave the local squadron the opportunity they needed to thwart the pirate's ambitions. Thus, Jake became a hero.
At the age of 24, he enrolled himself at the uprising Naval Academy of the Imperial Navy, where Jake wanted to make his own path, and try to become a famous and loyal imperial pilot.
Jake is known as a quick-witted and resourceful pilot, able to remain calm even in the most difficult situations.
Intimidating appearance, though he can be an inspiring source to anyone with the chance of flying on his side.

During his first fly, Jake Logan was assigned a recon mission in the edge of the Coruscant limits. Recent reports indicated that pirate activity was present in that small sector.
Near the end of the exploration, and without having found anything, the sensors present in his VE-standard TIE Interceptor detected an anomaly near a small asteroid field.
Flying at low speed to the field, Stormrider used the AE-35 subspace transceiver in his ship, to receive information about that anomaly, and found out it was the signal of an outdated Z-95 Headhunter, owned by Leon, a pirate that had been disrupting the area for years. As Stormrider shot his lasers to the asteroid where Leon was hidden, the pirate inmediately turned on his engines and engaged in combat with the inexperienced Stormrider, starting by shooting his lasers and locking his missiles on him.
Since Stormrider read his sensors and found about the pirate's intentions, instead of flying directly to his position, he used the asteroids as a cover, making Leon miss the target.
All of a sudden, the situation had completely changed, and a dogfight in the middle of the asteroid field was taking place.
Since no one could use missiles in that situation, Stormrider used the advantage of his speed and lasers, managing to hit Leon in one wing, and forcing a pursuit through the asteroid field, which would result in Leon crushing his ship against a huge asteroid while he was trying to escape from Stormrider's lasers.
Mission complete.

Stormrider's Report: August 5th, 2009
Activity: This week I introduced my personal profile in the Imperial Database. In adition, I wrote my first story post, where I completed my first cruising mission in the edge of the Coruscant limits, hunting down a wanted pirate. Overall I keep updated on a daily basis, was on IRC, and posted where relevant on the Comnet.
Upcoming plans: Now I will be working on the Aviator's exam.
During the next days I'll keep contributing in the VEN by participating in my new squad, and by developing my own individual character with some solo missions.
