It's been eight years since the last ESC, it's a great time for old members to come back and enjoy themselves.

To help encourage this, if you manage to bring back and old member and they let me know that it was you whom brought them back, then you will receive ICs equal to their final ESC score times 10,000 (potential for a million ICs on a perfect score).  Plus, they get some fun stuff to, to be announced.  After all, why should you get all the rewards?
