Yep. I lifted this word for word from Arnaut's post. The same rules apply for Storm Platoon Adjutant as well.
So, as you know, I was promoted up to Platoon Commander just recently. With that comes an opening in the Platoon Adjutant position that needs filling. As such, all who would like to fill this gap in the roster (after meeting the criteria) should send in an application for review no later than
Sunday, December 21st. The Adjutant will be chosen shortly thereafter. I'd like to add that this is open to all Army members, not just Storm. Any Wildcard members who want to switch sides...well, we're more than happy to take you.
In order to apply you must have:*Been serving in active duty for 6 months
*The ability to act professionally, think creatively, and follow orders
*Strong leadership capabilities
*A knack for fetching coffee
Responsibilities for the job will be:*Assisting me in day to day platoon duties and any problems that arise
*Assisting in the grading of spec stories
*Assisting in Platoon Competition creation/maintenance when they occur
*Assessing the platoon's needs and be able to give open opinions when asked about them
*Performing menial tasks day to day that will help the platoon
*Taking over for me as Platoon Commander when I go on leave
To apply:Send me a comnet pm or e-mail saying
why you are the best candidate for the job and not someone else. It would also help if you could give a list of accomplishments that you have had since you started here in the Army and any special skills you might have that would aid in the position of Platoon Adjutant.
An informal interview might take place as well, so be prepared for that. They will be conducted on IRC, should I decide to utilize them. In addition, I will be looking to your superiors (direct and indirect) for recommendations on you so no Letters of Recommendation are needed -- just have your direct superiors prepared to give an opinion on you.
Applications are open right now, so send them in quick! Thank you and good luck to you all!
