I apologize for the lateness of my report, my IP is down at the moment. First, changes to be made to the present organizations of the navy. Japheth is to be promoted to Captain, and is to be my new Naval XO. Gui Sun Paan will remain CPT. of the Deathscythe. He will be placed as my adjutant. Daishi is removed from Tactical Officer and will be placed on the Reserves until I find a job to suit him. The new squadron of Viper will be Warmaker, and he will therefore be promoted to Ensign, and Piett will be demoted to Warrant Officer 2nd, and his position I leave in the hands of the Squadron Commander of Viper, Ensign Warmaker. Next, Gravin is removed from Squadron Commander of Nazgul. Newly promoted Chief Warrant Officer Rogue will assume the Squadron Commander position. Gravin is therefore demoted to WO2. Congragulations to Petty Officer 2nd MegaDeth, to Ensign Warmaker and Chief Warrant Officer Rogue for their excellent work for the VEN.
Until my ISP resumes function, XO Japheth will assume my duties with the Help of TO DarkHawk. I expect to be back very soon, and will keep in touch as much as possible until my definite return. -----------------------

AS FC i believe it is my duty to put a SC and WC back in. I will be keeping my eyes open for a SC, and until a need is shown or someone shows themselves to be worthy, WC of the SpecOps Fleet will be left empty. Temporary commander of Venom will be Chaos, i know he's new, but he's already in venom. Remember, i'm keeping my eyes open. -----------------------
