I will be updating this thread throughout the week so as you all can view each story's plot from the past in preparation for this year's which will start on December 1st. The officers I hope at least remember enough of previous years to last them an officer's mission At anyrate...here is story one

HSC 2003 Doomsday Savior

Five years ago there was an attempt at bringing down the Empire. A message was intercepted aboard the Dominion that someone going by the name of Commander Shantsa had some schematics. Not willing to take a chance that it could spell certain doom for the Empire a group of 11 highly-trained officers along with the Prefect of the Army, General Fury and his Assistant, 2nd Lieutenant Peacemaker set out on an urgent mission to intercept the ship from which the signal originated. The ship was taken captured with ease. The crew allowed themselves to be captured in an effort to delay the Empire from finding anything out; but had no intentions of giving them any information. General Fury had other plans. After threats of using the force (through Colonel Cosmic) on one of the prisoners the location of the schematics was surrendered which happened to be an engineer handcuffed to a laptop. The laptop had useless schematics but did reveal that there was a New Republic Base on Alzoc III which failed to show up on ANY of the surface scans due to it being built right into a mountain. Supposedly there was a new super weapon called “Savior” there which was being built for use against the empire.

After re-grouping back on the Dominion, Fury revealed not only his grand scheme to handle everything but a brand-new vehicle for the troopers: The Imperial Combat Sled. They were an extreme modification to Trade Federation Troop Transport that would allow the troopers to travel easy over the snow AND be able to fire at enemy targets from the sled (using the built-in weaponry). They could only hold 4 people at maximum but it was the most efficient way to travel in Snow and Ice plus it carried cargo. The enemy freighter was kept as a way for the Wraiths and Jester Squads to infiltrate the planet (as Rebels) ahead of the VE-Forces. The rest of the squad landed on-planet and took the Imperial Bobsleds to mount an attack on the New Republic Base.

In the end, thanks to a brilliant discovery on the part of Jester Squad: Savior was actually a New Republic General who was in league with Commander Shantsa (whose only immediate threat to anyone was sitting on them). The two were captured and imprisoned on Tadath. The remaining forces planted explosives all over the base and blew it apart.

HSC 2004 STOP! Kerest Those Men!

A year had passed and nothing was done about the two prisioners. No rescue missions….plea bargains…blackmail threats…NOTHING. Major Rizzit Blackheart and his new assistant Sergeant Major Raziel were literally pondering the idea of why nothing had been done about it. Therefore a visit to the prision was in order. Shantsa had apparently lost all of his weight save for what was needed to stay alive. Savior…stayed the same. Both were very high on the drugs that were administered and had no idea who they were. Rizzit did not believe either of them for a second and therefore fit them each with a tracking guard that would not be detectable by either of them. The two discussed sending them to Nariss C to get the information that was needed out of them. It seemed like a good plan, but like all good plans it was about to get foiled.

An attack on the Army's base occured while Rizzit and Raziel were on their way to discuss sending the pair to Nariss C. They were attempting to free the big guy and his protege, but failed miserably. They were warded off but the attack convinced Fury to move forward with the plan and send the pair to Nariss C. On the way...the shuttle was intercepted and the prisoners were rescued and brought to the planet of Kerest where...despite the cold Shantsa could put on some much needed weight. Once again the esteemed officers of the army were needed for a special msision. They would break into the shipyards of Sluis Van to steal a transport that would allow the infamous Wraith Squad to sneak behind enemy lines undetected and allow the rest of the Army passage in. Getting into Sluis Van would be a problem though, despite the fact that six dark jedi felt they could accomplish the mission on their own. At the shipyard a few things went wrong that could have gone better but for the most part the mission was a success UNTIL Thrawn attacked. It was a VERY narrow escape but the Vast Empire managed to somehow escape the forces of Thrawn.

Back on the Dominion (with a prisioner in their custody) they managed to learn where Shantsa and his protege were taken to (Kerest) and recieved information about the base. Fury also dispatched some probe droids to the planet to see what they could learn one got through. Despite the difficulties, Wraiths were able to sneak in and allow access to the ships carrying VE troopers allowing for a successful mission. Shantsa once again tried to get away, but chase was given and in the end both him AND Savior were disposed of.
