I would like to begin by saying that I am very honored to be your next Prefect. Field Marshal Fury had been Prefect of the Army in what may perhaps be considered the most challenging years in the history of the Vast Empire Stormtrooper Corps, and he's done a damn fine job despite the many hurdles thrown at him. I can only hope to exude that same confidence, integrity, and leadership in my own term as Prefect.
I have plans that I believe can benefit the Army (ideas and concepts that have been on my mind for some years now), but these potential changes will not happen overnight. It will most definitely take some time to discuss and analyze these concepts and ideas, but I'm certain that they will make a positive impact on the Stormtrooper Corps.
We face some interesting challenges ahead of us, but I am confident that we will succeed in whatever we do. I look forward to working with all of you, and I'll strive to be the Prefect that you need me to be. (ComNet PM's can help with that.
