Biography

Thadon was born on Balmorra to a hard-working family.  Thadon’s father, Braxton worked for Balmorra Arms all his life.  Braxton was skilled in the mechanics and technical aspects of constructing weapons.  Thadon, on several occasions, got to see his father’s work at home.  While his dad was sleeping, Thadon would snatch his datapads and looked at the interesting technical readouts and information on Balmorra’s latest projects. 

Thadon’s mother, Partica, worked at a local tapcafe for most of her life.  48 hour workweeks but she was loved and appreciated.  Her boss, a master marksman, also trained his employees in the deadly arts with a blaster pistol.  She in turn taught her young son who was very interested in firing a gun at such a young age.

His intrigue was rewarded.  His father and mother worked hard to save the credits necessary to put him in a primary school that would challenge him.  Living on the outskirts of the Balmorrian capital, Bin Prime, opportunity was near at hand.  Thadon enrolled in Bin Prime’s primary school system and quickly advanced his knowledge.  Later he would graduate from Bin Prime Tech, and many offers have come in for a skilled technician with some knowledge of flight technology

Around the same time, Balmorra’s allegences changed from the Empire to a independent entity.  Thadon had grown up under the ideals of the Empire and had a good life as he saw it.  Jumping ship at Bin Prime, Thadon is seeking to become a member of the new splinter group Vast Empire.

As a later graduate of Bin Prime Tech, many offers have come in for a skilled technician with some knowledge of flight technology.  The Vast Empire is where Thadon chose.

Appearance

Thadon is of normal height for a human around 6 foot tall.  He is lean for his size but not muscular.  Short blonde hair and blue eyes join a light complexion.  Thadon usually wears loose comfortable clothing but has begun getting used to his new uniform.

Personality

Thadon is easy to get along with, both in work and personal situations.  As looking to learn something new, he is fascinated by how everything works.  This includes people.  Some may think he is intrusive but he is probing usually, not trying to annoy.  Thadon is still looking for his true identity.  He thinks he will find it with the Vast Empire.

Tactical Combat Situation

Barrel Roll/Offset Head-On Pass

Thadon lifted his interceptor off the hangar bay floor with a light touch of the replusorlifts and hit the thrusters. 

“Claxon Two clear,” Thadon said.

“Roger.”

Straight ahead, the two A-wings that had slipped into the system came forward at their breakneck speed.  Breaking free of the hangar, Thadon found himself coming at the enemy flight element too quickly.

He quickly pulled up on the flight stick and began a turn as he felt the speed slowly bleed off his interceptor.  Thadon quickly realized he would have to lose a little more or he would overshoot his target again.  Pulling around even harder with the Gs eating at him, Thadon came up behind the lagging A-wing and he balanced up the quad lasers.  Letting loose two quick bursts splattered the enemy shields.  The fighter started to pull to port but Thadon followed him and let go two more blasts.  The first hit the shield, the second hit the A-wing, blasting it apart into a mash of fire and metal.

Thadon was gleeful at his first confirmed kill, but quickly remembered the other fighter. He expected to see the A-wing outbound but his sensors showed something different.

Straight ahead, the A-wing was heading straight for him.  He had no wingman because of the quick-launch priority.  Thadon had no shields but goosed his engines anyway.

Head-to-Head the A-wing should win, Thadon thought uncertainly.  He tried to rock his fighter back and forth to make it hard for the enemy to hit him.  As he got closer he maneuvered his fighter to the right.  At range, Thadon opened up, as did the A-wing.  Shots were everywhere, some bouncing off the A-wings shields, some creasing the interceptor.  They began to pass each other and Thadon pulled hard on his stick and let go of the throttle. 

His reward was the A-wing, still in its turn, right in front of him.  Thadon grinned, and pulled the triggers.

Activity: This week I have been active on the comnet trying to jump into my storytelling.  Joined squadron.  Meeting squadmates.

Upcoming plans: Fully learn all I can about current storylines and meet more squadmates.  Also try to learn about helping out VE.
