C-3PX2 - Iron Cross

At the request of C-3PX2, I have graded his FOCE submission. The process that he came up with for his exam will soon be implemented with Viper squadron, to test and make sure that it will work for the entire Navy.

Since special circumstances called for an early promotion without taking the FOCE, C-3PX2 has already achieved the highest rank attainable through taking this exam. So for his exceptional work on this exam, I wish to award him the Iron Cross 2nd Class. He is to add (=FOCE=) and [IC2] to his ID line.

One thing regarding the test. Nazgul has done all their stories, Kaph as well, Viper has most of them done as well. The ones we don't have are the older squadrons, I have a start on those though.
