I wanted to let you know first and foremost that I enjoy you and appreciate your energy, enthusiasm and zeal for the VE. I wish more folks here had your joy in doing what we do here.

Secondly, I wanted to let you, and everyone, know that as of this moment there is no longer any sanction or restriction on you in either your posting here or on IRC.

Finally, I want you to know that you have my utmost respect and admiration as a member of the VE, a member of the Navy, a member of Nazgul Squadron, and as a Flight Leader under me. I will NEVER again do anything to impede, or diminish you, your spirit and your carreer.

I apologize for overstepping my limitis as Squadron Commander, for putting you in distress, and for the issues that have arrisen from it both here and in the STC, and ask for your forgiveness.

Thank you for all you do.

I am glad that this has come to this resolution.

In the future, and this applies to -everyone-. If you feel that there are problems within this club in regard to plagerism, or heck anything really. Bring it up with the people upwards in the chain of command. It is our job to address issues like this one and to provide an equitable resolution to all parties involved without the need for widespread censure.

More importantly, I'm -quite- perturbed that I didn't learn of this siutation until quite a bit after-the-fact, and then from people who were not directly involved in the incident. Even assuming the ability to punish people to any real extent beyond moderation exists (which is a whole different topic which will not be addressed here), information about the incident should have been sent up the chain of command so that it could be dealt with appropriately.
