The break turn is a maneuver that uses a sharp turn to throw the enemy off and suprise him. Its applications vary from defensive to offensive. To do so you need to fly straight and level, then apply full left or right stick and hold it unti the horizon is vertical. To maintain a break turn for more than a moment, you have to increase throttle. If the throttle is all forward, then hit the afterburners.

The Immelman is used to turn around on your enemy so as to direct fire on him. It is best used to suprise him and catch him 'with his pant down.' To perform this maneuver you need to ly straight and level at a speed of a minimal 500 knots then pull back on the stick.
When you invert, you maintain it and then you Perform a half aileron roll to bring the plane right side up and destroy the enemy.
