First up: Reports

Your reports are tooooo long. They need to be distilled for quick info retreval. So, that being said, here is a report template I want you ALL to use.



(Your Name) Report for Week Ending (Date):

Activity: (How many posts you made and on what stories. Include any in mission and personal stories)

Upcoming Plans: (What you intend to do in the coming week)

Questions/Suggestions: (Anything you need to know or would like to say)

Comments/Issues: (Nuff Said)


Please, keep the comments/Issues to less than 100 words. if it's more, talk to me on IRC.

Next up: Reports/Fines

OK, sending in a weekly report is important. It allows us(Command) to know if you are active. It also allows us to give out awards and promotions to those who are active and show promise and growth.

Failure to send a report puts us into a state of confusion. We don't konw if you're AWOL or just thinking up a really cool story.

Therefore, starting next week the following system will be in place.

1 missed report - free pass, everyone makes a mistake
2 missed reports -IC250 fine
3 missed reports -IC500 fine
4 missed reports -IC1000 fine and out of Iron Horse

If you are going on leave, tell us, it takes a moment.

Above all this is not meant to punish you.  It is to make you aware of what you are doing to your teammates.  If you disappear, this all stops.  Think of others, communicate, and all is coolness.
