How do I start  a personal story? and what does it have to be about?

You can create a personal character development story in the StoryNet - also mention that this is an official character development story (so that whatever developments your character has in that story will be remembered and noted).

The story can be whatever you want it to be. You can write about your past as a child and come up with a short story of sorts for that (your character reminiscing on the past), it can be about how your character develops in the current time line, etc. None of this stuff has to be objective - a lot of personal development stories don't really have much of a plot to them; they're primarily ideas and information put down into a story format.
