Engineering Corps Problems

Why is it that when I click on the Engineering Corps main page, it goes to Joomla? Is that the real site or is it another?

Apparently it is a VE-related website (note the Copyright text at the bottom of the page, as well as the left-navigational menu links directing you to various VE sites).

It just hasn't been refurnished - but it appears that Joomla is the method by which the VEEC site is being created.
