hey, i just joined VE about 30 minutes ago and i have already been on Impericare and did the benefits and created my profile for the Comnet thing. Basically, im ready to begin training. Im about to get off so i wont be back on for about 12 hours. |

Hey hjmrrll13, let's get started on your training.
My name is Jegora Fal. I'm the Naval Training Officer, and I'll be around to assist you in your training, although you'll probably become more familiar with Shazam, our Training Executive Officer, Tomas and C-3PX2, our current Trainers, and Ibram Tyrol, our only Operator. Any and all of these gentlemen will be more than willing to help you out.
Now, you've already done the first phase of your training; that is, you found your way here. Well done. Now it's time to move on to the next phase of basic training, Flight School.

Flight School is broken down into several steps called chapters. After you complete Flight School, you will take the Aviator's Exam and join a squadron. Along the way you'll create a Wiki page, an Identification Line, file a Report, study tactical maneuvers, and most importantly you will define who your character is.
Now, the first step is Chapter One. This is where you will create your character. A guide to character creation can be found here. This guide will give you all the information you need to get started. When you complete your assignment (creating a character biography), post it up here and one of the staff members will critique it to check for accuracy and flow.
Of course, you may have questions that the Wiki can't answer. Thats why the VENA Staff is here. Simply post your questions on this thread, private message (PM) us over the ComNet, email us, or find us on our IRC server (irc.imperialnetwork.com). To access IRC you can use our free chat applet (jIRC) or you can download a client (mIRC is the most commonly used). The #VENA channel is always open, and our main channel, #Vast_Empire, is always full of experienced members.
I realize this is a lot of information to process. If you feel overwhelmed, the Staff is always here to help. Just let us know if you have any questions, and we will do our best to answer them.

Physical Description
Hunter is approxiamately 6'5" and around 180 lbs . He is slim and has well-defined muscles coming from regular exercise and has a light tanned complexion with no blemishes or scars whatsoever, green eyes, and dirty blonde hair cut short. He has moderate strength.
Emotional Description
Easygoing and fun to be around off duty, but when on duty, his serious attitude and utter devotion to the Empire is revealed. Very friendly to people he knows, but wary around strangers. Intelligent and witty, but very likeable. Respectful to superiors. Very patient and forgiving, but not to the point where it is troublesome. A team player, but also a loner sometimes. Trustworthy, honest, well-tempered, outgoing, and extremely loyal, believes he is force sensitive due to strange events that couldn't of happened otherwise and wishes to be trained if possible.
History
Born and raised on Kuat. His father was killed by Rebels when he was 3 and as a result of that he grew up hating the Rebellion, Since his father was killed, he has lived with his mother, who is an engineer, and her parents in Kuat City. As a kid, he was always getting into trouble because he was exploring, which was what he liked to do best, in places he wasn't supposed to be. In school however, he never got into trouble and was a model student because he was well-behaved, minded the teachers, and actually payed attention in class. He recieved an college degree in Engineering, which is what his mother wanted for him to do although he didn't really want to. He left Kuat to join the Imperial Naval Academy at age 21 mainly because he wanted to fight against the Rebellion and partly because he wanted to explore the galaxy and discover new things.

Hunter recieved a degree in Engineering, therefore he is a capable engineer, good with electronics and machinery, very persuasive, a good starfighter pilot, has mastered many kinds of rifles, accurate shot,
Extra Information
Pet Peeves: Being formal (although he understands the importance of it and will be formal when he has to.)
Physical Problems: Had a rare blood disease and had his splein taken out which cured him, but completely wiped out his immune system and as a result has to take a certain medication twice a day or take the risk of getting severly and possibly fatally sick.

The Barrel Roll is basically a roll manuever that can be used to bleed off speed and is used by rolling around an axis to its other side. You can use it offensively to reduce speed if your coming up on your target too quickly, and defensively to let your attacker to overshoot you and bring you out of their line of fire.
The Lag Pursuit is a basic pursuit manuever that is used to pursue an enemy fighter without being spotted by that fighter and is used by maintaining your position adjacent to, but outside of the enemy fighter's turn radius |
