Kerrick Lokar: Barabel: 22 Standard Years: Height 2.1 meters: Skin Color: Solid grey with red lines in a spiral pattern on his chest, back, thigh's and face. Eye Color: Deep emerald green: Kerrick was raised by his father on Barabel I after he watched the murder of his mother in the marketplace at the age of 9. There were none around that could have captured the killer and so Kerrick swore that he would have his revenge even if he had to scour the galaxy for the rodian pig that killed her. By the the age of 22 he has ony discovered the first name of the killer; its is Danz. Kerrick and his father moved to a smaller farm outside of the town and began raising produce for sale at the same marketplace where his mother was killed. Kerrick hated the market for the memories it brought him. He and his father also raised several breeds of animals for racing, plowing the farmland and transportation.Kerrick acquired basic mechanical skill at a fairly young age to repair machinery as it broke down. Any repair that required any technical expertise was taken into town where an offworlder would fix it. HIs mechanical skill essentially boils down to changing basic fluids(much like us changing oil or adding brake or tranny fluid, very basic). As he grew older he began to see Imperial Navy recruiters on his home world and thought it would be the best chance to get his revenge. He was initially turned away due to his youth but vowed to return and join the Royal Navy. Between the ages of 12 and 17 he prepared daily to condition his body for the rigors of space flight.  From 15 to 17 he spent much time alone meditating and trying to contact the spirit of his now long lost mother but to no avail. Disgusted with his inability he joined the Imperial Navy at the age of 21 and is finally prepared to begin his training.


If i am a while between posts i am likely working and will post at first opportunity. When i wrote basic mechanical skill i mean like the ability to "change a tire" in the SW sense, nothing at all fancy, just to clarify that for you Jegora. :- ) I can see how the schooling thing was/is out of chatacter for the race so thats totally wiped. For now, you have a good start, and thats all we require in Basic. Keep in mind that you can expand your bio as you continue your VE Career; in fact, it's recommended.
