I posted this on the Wiki Update thing, and Doc referred me to here. So I will just ask my question here then. Anyway here it is:
Is the VE still using the Pilot Proficiencies thing, and how does it work though? |

Currently it is not in use by the Imperial Navy. It was designed to add a feeling of RPG to the Pilot's Character. allowing the addition of skill to certain attributes.
At the current time, we are not using it. Thats what I thought since you told me that earlier, until I saw the coding in the Wiki Update thing. Thats why I asked the question, to see if perhaps it was renstated or something. |

Pretty much what C, said. Note, however, that the proficiencies can serve you in other ways by forcing you to outline where your character's strengths really are when you boil things down. Again, you don't have to and you probably won't have to if I can't see its use becoming advantageous to the Navy. *Flash Was Here...*
