I've checked the posting stats on both Main Storynet and Army Storynet and the following troopers are awarded the various posting medals. If you have already received the medal you are listed as achieving, please ignore this award issue as obviously you cannot receive this award twice. If you have received, for example, a Gold Cross today and have never received the prior awards, consider the issue date of a Bronze and Silver Cross today as a retroactive award.

I know this comes off as a bit wholesale but I would like to make sure everyone gets the medals they have earned.
